Check the order in “Order History” on your dropshippingXL account. If the tracking shows the item has already been delivered, unfortunately it is too late to change the delivery address.
If no tracking number has been generated or tracking shows the package is in transit, please provide order number and new delivery address to dropshippingXL customer services. Our team will advise you on next steps. Please try chat first if there is no tracking number yet.
