Standard return

NOTICE:

During the holiday season, the cooling-off period will be extended. For all countries except the UAE, orders placed between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025 will be eligible for return requests until 31 January 2026, or within the country’s standard cooling-off period from the delivery date whichever is later.

All countries except UAE placed between 01 Nov 2025 and 31 Dec 2025, customers can request a return until 31 Jan 2026 or within the country's standard COP from the delivery date, whichever is later.

  • For country US:
    • Orders placed between Dec 1, 2023, and Feb 19, 2025: Return request Not accepted.
    • Orders placed from Feb 20, 2025: Return request only possible for dropshippers with Full Aftersales Service. See new policy here.
  • For orders (except JP) placed from 08-10-2024 (mm-dd-yyyy) and JP orders placed from 11-18-2024 (mm-dd-yyyy), return costs will be deducted from the refund. Details see section Return Costs.
  • dropshippingxl released the new cooling-off period policy. Details see section Cooling-off Period.
  • For orders placed in UK and AE from 07-15-2025 (mm-dd-yyyy) and in US from 07-29-2025 (mm-dd-yyyy) onwards, aftersales service request with reason Not As Expected will not be accepted.

General Information:

We offer two different return methods.

  • Drop Off: The customer brings the packaged item to a local collection point
  • Pick Up: The carrier comes to your end customer’s address to collect the package. (This option is available for both parcel and pallet returns)

Drop Off is the default return method. Pick Up is only available if a valid reason is provided. (Please note: Except Romania, Denmark and Hungary)

If your end customer wants to choose a date for Pick Up, please allow a time frame of 48 - 72 hours between your reply and the pick-up date. For some carriers, it is not possible to choose a date.
