To prolong the life of vidaXL outdoor products, we strongly suggest you inform your customers of the correct way to take care of them.

Care for parasols

We don't recommend using parasols in windy conditions or heavy rain. Parasols typically need a thorough cleaning only once a year. Please follow the wash label. Use a parasol cover to protect from dirt and dust. Store the parasol in a cool, dry place indoors. Ensure the parasol is completely dry before covering it..

Care for gazebos

Always remove the gazebo roof in windy conditions or heavy rain. Clean regularly, outside and inside. Please follow the wash label. Regularly re-stain a wooden gazebo frame to prevent cracks. A steel frame is easier to care for with a mild soapy solution. Before storing, clean the fabric and let it dry thoroughly and store it in a cool, dry place. Storage bags or a box can be used for the gazebo roof and curtains.

Care for cushions and pads

To extend the life of outdoor cushions and pads, customers should clean them regularly. Store away when not in use, preferably in a cool, dry place indoors. A storage bag or box will help keep them in shape. Ensure the cushions are completely dry before closing the bag or box.

Care for wooden products

A frequent result of pressure impregnation of the wood is a greenish pattern of dots on the surface, particularly near knots. These are resin leaks, which under the influence of the copper salt used in impregnation, change the colour of the wood from white to green. These spots will disappear over time.
