Missing parts

Step 1

Check in your feed that all of the parcels in the order were delivered.

Step 2

Send a request for missing parts to dropshippingXL customer services, and include:

  • Order number
  • SKU with missing parts

Step 3

dropshippingXL customer services will provide you with a list of parts. Share with your end customer to confirm parts missing.

Step 4

Send the list back to dropshippingXL customer services, who will create a replacement order. Inform your customer.

Note: part replacement can only be offered when the product is shipped in multiple boxes and no solution avaiable after the end of cooling-off period for Japan.
