Missing parts

Notice:

  • Part replacement is not available for countries Canada, Japan, and United Arab Emirates.
  • For country US:
    • Orders placed between Dec 1, 2023, and Feb 19, 2025: “Missing Parts” request Not accepted.
    • Orders placed from Feb 20, 2025: “Missing Parts” request only possible for dropshippers with Full Aftersales Service. See new policy here.

Step 1

Check in your feed that all of the parcels in the order were delivered.

Step 2

Before contacting Customer Service, you can now download the product Manual or Parts List directly from your order page by clicking “Download Manual” or “Download Parts List.”

Note: If the manual or parts list is not available for the SKU, please contact Customer Service.

Share with your end customer to confirm parts missing.

Step 3

Send a request for missing parts to dropshippingXL customer services, and include:

  • Order number
  • SKU with missing parts
  • Clear pictures and videos showing the product issue (If available)

Step 4

Once the confirmed list is received by dropshippingXL customer services, who will create a replacement order. Inform your customer.

Note: -Part replacement can only be offered when the product is shipped in multiple boxes for Japan.
